At Pantone294, all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@pantone294.com
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received and are not guaranteed.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled:
Orders that have already been processed or shipped
Limited edition, made-to-order, pre-order, or drop items
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded for store credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Changes to Orders
We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed (including changes to items, sizes, or shipping addresses).
If eligible, an order must be canceled and reordered.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pantone294 may result in the inability to place future orders.
We encourage customers to reach out to us directly so we can assist where possible.
