Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Pantone294 does not guarantee delivery dates.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Pantone294 is no longer responsible for the package, including but not limited to:

Delays in transit

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Carrier mishandling

Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

All shipping issues after dispatch must be resolved directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Pantone294 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pantone294 is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be re-shipped.


International Shipping

Pantone294 has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Returned or Refused Packages

Packages refused or returned to sender due to delivery issues, unpaid customs fees, or address errors are not guaranteed a refund.
