Join us as we depart LAX via Asiana Airlines into Seoul Korea. We've been going back and forth with the airlines ever since the event was announced. We now have pricing after the dates were announced. After going back and forth for a few weeks we were able to negotiate on a deposit option. With just a small $150 deposit you'll be able to secure your spot on the plane most most importantly secure the price. Currently flights are going for $3,200pp for the month of August.

Sure, you might be able to find a few cheaper option out there but keep in mind this is a 14 hour non stop flight. From experience you don't want to book a long flight with with a 1 stop in another foreign country. You'll now be stuck in the airport. Let's not forget we'll be getting picked up at the airport via charter bus and taken to our hotel when we arrive. We'll also be taken to the airport the day of departure on the 23rd for planes 1 & 2. Plane 3 will depart the 24th

Plane #1 Arrives March 17th at 5:30pm - For those staying at the hotel with us we will be able to check in immediately. Anyone leaving deposits for Plane #1 and plans to stay at the same hotel as us book Hotel Package #1.

Plane #1.2 is the same as Plane #1 but with a different price. It is $100 more.

Plane #1.3 is the same as Plane #1 but with a different price. It is $200 more.

Plane #2 and #2.2 Arrives March 18th at 4:20am -  If you decided to take this flight keep in mind it arrives super early in the morning. All hotels will have check in at 3pm so you will have to wait many hours and this applies to all hotels, but if you book the hotel with us, Check in will be the 17th so that means you'll be able to check into the hotel when you get there the 18th because you've already paid for the night of the 17th. Anyone leaving deposits for Plane #2 and plans to stay at the same hotel as us book Hotel Package #1.

Plane #3 out of San Francisco arrives March 18th at 4:20am -  If you decided to take this flight keep in mind it arrives super early in the morning. All hotels will have check in at 3pm so you will have to wait many hours and this applies to all hotels, but if you book the hotel with us, Check in will be the 17th so that means you'll be able to check into the hotel when you get there the 18th because you've already paid for the night of the 17th. Anyone leaving deposits for Plane #3 and plans to stay at the same hotel as us book Hotel Package #1.

$150 deposit secures your seat and the rest is due 60 days before the flight. There is a zero no refund policy on this deposit once it is booked in case you decide to cancel the trip.
