Shipping & Handling
On average, orders are shipped and processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays, event tickets and sale items).
NOTE: If you ordered game tickets, they will be shipped no earlier than 2 weeks before the event. If you chose "local pick-up" as your shipping option for game tickets, you may pick them up at our office, by appointment only, no earlier than two weeks before the game.
Please make sure to verify all information before completing your purchase in order to avoid any setbacks or delays. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Tracking numbers will be provided when your order has been shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail.
